From the India-U.S. civil nuclear deal and Quad to ties with Pakistan, the former PM was deeply involved in foreign policy forays

While Dr Manmohan Singh was always an economist, while he was Prime Minister, he was very hands-on when it came to foreign policy.

He was best known for his deal with the US for the civil nuclear deal with then President George W Bush. But it was with the neighbourhood he spent a lot of time with his foreign policy.
